F-DGS’s DEIMOS CO2.FREE Air Gas generators is specifically designed for use with FT-IR spectrometers to provide a purified purge and air bearing gas supply from compressed air. 

The unit provides instruments with CO2 free compressed air at less than -70°C (-94°F) dewpoint with no suspended impurities larger than 0.01 micron 24 hours/day, 7days/week. 

The DEIMOS CO2.FREE is available with integrated oil free air compressor using the Energy Saving Technology mode (EST). It is extremely compact and quiet in operation. 

The generator is controlled using the latest color touch screen technology to display the process in real time, inlet / outlet pressure, Air Flow and status of the system with remote access for diagnostic control.

F-DGS’s DEIMOS UZA.TOTAL Ultra Zero Air generators is able to remove Total hydrocarbons to less than 0.05 ppm and others polluant like H2O, CO2, CO, NOx, SO2. 

CO and THCs are removed using heated catalyst. 

H2O andCO2 are removed with dual molecular sieve PSA system. 

NOx is removed with Purafil and SO2 is removed with and activated charcoal filter.

The COSMOS RACK Zero Air generator utilizes compressed air that is prefiltered to 0.1 microns and then purified using a heated catalyst module. The output zero air is free from hydrocarbons including methane and carbon monoxyde to < 0.05 ppm. A post filtration filter of 0.01 micron is used to prevent any kind of particles from entering the instrument. This purity level produces a low signal to noise ratio, ensuring a flat and stable analyser baseline.

The COSMOS Zero Air Total generators produce dry and hydrocarbon-free air, using air from oil-free compressors, to be used as detector gas for GC. The hydrocarbons and CO are removed with a catalytic oven filled with palladium, the Humidity and CO2 is removed with a dual molecular sieve PSA system, NO is removed with Purafil and other components are removed with with an active charcoal filter. The reduction of hydrocarbons, including methane, and carbon monoxide decrease the background noise level and gives much better baseline stability, considerably increasing detector sensitivity and ensuring precise analytical results.
